Glitch Edge ("the Service") is an AI software tool operated by Nuraveda, a sole proprietorship owned by Tejas Karan Agrawal with a principal place of business at 77 Huntley St, Toronto, ON M4Y 2P3, Canada ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing edge.glitchexecutor.com, creating an account, or using the Service, you ("you") agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Nature of the Service: software tools, not advice

The Service provides AI software tools — pre-match and in-play models, pricing dashboards, staking helpers, and paper-first simulation harnesses — that you can use as inputs to your own betting, trading, or research decisions. The Service does not place bets for you, does not recommend specific wagers, and does not tell you which markets to enter. You are solely responsible for:

  • Deciding whether, when, and how to act on any output of the Service;
  • Operating any account with a sportsbook, exchange, or regulated operator, and complying with that operator's terms;
  • Managing stake sizing, bankroll, and risk;
  • Any profit or loss resulting from your use of the Service.

2. Not a betting operator, adviser, or tipster

Nuraveda is not a licensed betting operator, investment adviser, research analyst, or tipping service. We are not, and do not hold ourselves out as:

  • Licensed by iGaming Ontario (iGO) or the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO);
  • Licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, any U.S. state gaming regulator, or an equivalent authority in any other jurisdiction;
  • A registered securities adviser or research analyst in Canada, the U.S., India, the UAE, or the EU/UK.

The Service produces software output on sports and market data. It does not accept wagers and does not hold customer funds. Nothing the Service produces is a recommendation tailored to your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or regulatory position.

3. Past performance & tool-capability metrics

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any backtest, paper-run, or historical-edge figure shown on this site or inside the Service describes tool behaviour on historical data — it is not a forecast of the profit or loss you will achieve. Live outcomes will differ, often materially, because of market movement, limits, your own staking, line shopping, and adverse selection that backtests cannot fully reproduce.

4. Betting & trading risk

Sports betting and financial trading involve a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every user. You can lose some or all of the capital you stake. Do not stake or trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you suspect you have a gambling problem, stop using the Service and contact ConnexOntario (Ontario), BeGambleAware (UK), or your local problem-gambling helpline.

5. Eligibility & jurisdictional restrictions

5.1 Age requirement

You must be at least 19 years old (or the age of majority for betting in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.

5.2 User responsibility

Online betting and gambling tools are regulated differently in every jurisdiction — often at the state, province, or emirate level. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the Service, and the sportsbook or exchange you act on, complies with the laws of the country, state, province, or emirate where you reside and place wagers. If local law restricts or prohibits online betting, model-assisted betting tools, or the specific markets the Service covers, you must not use the Service.

5.3 Prohibited jurisdictions

The Service is not offered, and must not be used, by persons who are residents of, located in, or nationals of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions administered or enforced by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Government of Canada under the Special Economic Measures Act, the UN Security Council, the European Union, or HM Treasury.

6. Accounts, access & termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued by the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, are located in a prohibited jurisdiction, or are associated with manipulative or fraudulent activity. You may cancel at any time.

7. Fees & subscriptions

Subscription fees, trial terms, and plan inclusions are disclosed at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002). Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period unless stated otherwise.

8. Licence & intellectual property

"Glitch Edge", "Glitch Executor Labs", Nuraveda, the cobra mascot, and related marks are property of Nuraveda. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicence, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use the Service to build a competing product.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that tool outputs, models, prices, or data will be error-free, timely, or profitable, and we make no warranty as to any specific betting or financial outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for betting or trading losses, missed opportunities, delayed or unavailable tool outputs, sportsbook outages, data inaccuracies, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
  • Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuraveda and its owner, employees, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (b) your violation of any sportsbook's or exchange's terms of service.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. under its Arbitration Rules, seated in Toronto, Ontario, by a single arbitrator, in English. Each party waives any right to a jury trial and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding. Nothing in these Terms overrides non-waivable consumer rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or equivalent applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect no sooner than 30 days after the revised version is posted on this page.

14. General

Severability: unenforceable provisions are severed, the remainder survives. Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement. Assignment: you may not assign your rights; we may assign ours in connection with a sale of assets or change of business form.
